We know that not every purchase - or gift - works out. All you have to do is send us an email, and we will reply with the return address. Print the email out, put it in the box with the cleaner, and ship it back. We will process a full refund immediately, less shipping charges, if any.
For items purchased between October 15th and Christmas, the 30 days starts on Christmas morning! Give a gift of clean jewelry, and if it doesn't work out, returning it is easy and fast.
In addition to the above, every ultrasonic jewelry cleaner we sell has at minimum a one year replacement warranty. This means that if the unit malfunctions during the first year of ownership, you can return it for a brand new replacement unit.
