WARRANTY STATEMENT

Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaners
In addition to manufacturers' warranties, WA Brown (parent company of SonicsOnline.com) provides a 30 day satisfaction guaranty. If any ultrasonic jewelry cleaner fails to meet your expectations simply return it to us with a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email. We will be happy to replace it or give you a full refund, less shipping. If you cannot locate your paperwork, give us a call. We'll look you up in our system and send you a copy. Ultrasonic Jewelry cleaners also have a 2 year replacement warranty. If your machine malfunctions during the first two years after purchase, we will send you a replacement unit of equal or greater value.

Tabletop Ultrasonic Cleaners
WA Brown offers a 30 day D.O.A. Warranty on all Bransonic B Series and Crest Tru-Sweep ultrasonic machines. If your unit fails during the first 30 days after purchase, we will replace it with a new machine. Simply call us for an RMA number. We will provide you with a UPS acct number to cover shipping costs.

NOTE: Cavitation erosion is a normal phenomenon, similar to wear on tire treads. Bransonics units ( and most any ultrasonic tank )
operate for many years before it becomes an issue. WA Brown warranties Bransonics and Crest machines against cavitation erosion for two years.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

Equipment

When used in accordance with written instructions and under normal operating conditions, Branson manufactured products are
guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR. In addition, Branson Series 8000 Power Supplies
are guaranteed for TWO YEARS. Transducer elements and their bond are guaranteed for the LIFETIME of the radiating surface
when used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. All guarantees are from the date of invoice.

This warranty shall not apply to the following:

· Cavitation erosion of tank or immersible transducer surfaces, which is process related and a normal occurrence in the
operation of an ultrasonic cleaning system.

· Equipment subjected to misuse, improper installation, alteration, neglect, or accident.

Any equipment which proves defective during the stated period will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Branson,
F.O.B. Danbury, CT, or other repair depot as specified by Branson.

Crest Tru-Sweep Ultrasonic Benchtop Cleaners
Guarantee
Two year (Includes both parts and labor)

Crest Ultrasonics benchtop cleaners are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the initial shipment date.

The radiating surface of the transducer is constructed of high quality stainless steel, but wear can result from cavitation erosion or chemical attack. This wear is excluded from the terms of this guarantee.

This guarantee is not applicable to equipment showing abuse or when equipment has been used other than in accordance with the Manufacturers' instructions. Liability under this warrany is limited to repair or replacement at Crest's expense, f.o.b. Crest service location, of any part that proves defective because of material or workmanship, provided same is returned prepaid to the service location. The nearest service location shall be designated by Crest upon request.
