Hi there!  You can use an ultrasonic cleaners to remove dirt and soil fingerprint oils that sort of thing from silver jewelry and other silver pieces.  However, ultrasonic cleaning by itself will not remove tarnish.  Because tarnish is a byproduct of silver oxidation you have to use a special chemical to remove it.   We offer a silver cleaner both as a standalone product and is part of our jewelry cleaning accessory pack if you have any other questions about cleaning silver and gems or other jewelry please let us know right here and we’ll get back to you - just like we did this time.
