This cleaner must need a basket? or it is optional? To use this item longer, what recommend you?

You always need a basket or a support rack to keep your product off the bottom of the tank. The bottom is the transmmitting membrane for the ultrasonics. Putting a part directly on the bottom wil not only mask the ultrasonic energy, it can damage your tank over time. Here;s a selection of accessories for your ultrasonic tank:

How often Branson 5800 Cleaner need to be calibrated? and how to calibrated?

Ultrasonic cleaners, including the Branson 5800, do not have a calibration requirement. The only thing you need to do is to keep the unit clean, follow the instructions in the manual and you'll be fine.
